At the end of September I will be traveling from Europe to the USA. With air fares sky high and the fact that my time is very flexible as to both travel dates and duration a thought has occurred to me that this may be a good time to do something that I have wanted to do for a long time and that is to travel by ship across the Atlantic. So…
Could you provide me with the cities and dates upon which I could depart from and arrive to?
The basic cost for travel and the various options you may offer?
Anything else you may feel I would be interested in or should know?
At this time I am in Central Asia. My plan is now to leave from here to Istanbul in the middle of September, From Istanbul I will then travel across Europe via bus and train stopping along the way to visit friends in various countries and to sight see. I have no more of an itinerary than that thus I could arrange to leave from most ports in Europe that you have departures from. Upon arrival in North America I will be traveling to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
Are there any passenger freighters that depart from Detroit Mich, Buffalo NY, that pass thru the locks and out the St. Lawrence Seaway, bound for Amsterdam that board on the US side? Either port would work.
Hi, I just turned 70 and want to experience a cruise on one of your freighters, around December 2009, January 2010. I live in israel but am ready to come to any european port of embarcation. Do you have cruises to South America with long port calls ??? I could travel for a period between 45 and 60 days. Kindly send me some suggestions and I’ll be happy to choose among them.
Can you help.
My cousin & I wioth our wives are planning to follow in our ancestors footsteps.
